such a GREAT train experience

the hotel concept is COOL. the front desk is open 24 hours, and i checked in really late. the location was terrific because it was near attractions. the room was also clean and nice.
the tap water in the bathroom got SCALDING hot and stayed that way. it never went cold. they gave me a kettle and cups but no coffee.

I found the staff friendly and approachable. They even held our bags prior to check-in. the location proved excellent, offering convenient access to attractions. tram and train stations. i appreciated the cleanliness and the well-kept state of the room. nearby were varied food options and a supermarket which was useful.
The shower was quite small. This made it slightly less convenient.

i found the location excellent for city exploration it was near several public transportation stations making getting around easy. the staff members were cute and kind i found them helpful with every detail. my room was spotlessly clean and quaint a simple yet effective design.
the in-room fan was not adjustable this made cooling the room less effective.

The staff were helpful and accommodating to my requests.
The small mini fridge in my room did not cool effectively. I found the tap water in the bathroom sink went scalding hot without any cold adjustment. I also noticed they provided an electric kettle and two cups, but no coffee was available (an oversight, I suppose).

i thought the staff members were helpful. i really liked the hotel location close to the train station. the bunk bed was a fun design. i found the breakfast buffet provided good options.

charming stay with a railway theme

the rooms are clean and well-kept. i found the train-cabin decor very charming (it really enhanced the experience). the staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i felt welcomed and supported during my time there.
the room was quite small, especially considering the bed size. i found the limited space a bit restrictive, and the mattress was not as firm as i prefer. this impacted my sleep quality .
